Getting here
The practice is at Friesenplatz in the centre of Cologne. The Friesenplatz stop (lines 3, 4, 5, 12 and 15) is a few steps away.
Before your first appointment
Please bring your health insurance card. X-rays from your previous practice are helpful too, along with a list of your medication and, if you have them, an allergy, anticoagulant or implant record. That way a great deal can be settled in the first conversation instead of waiting for a second appointment.
Allow about half an hour for the first consultation. If you find going to the dentist difficult, please say so when you book — we will then set aside more time and talk through every step beforehand. If you are in acute pain, call us during opening hours; we will try to fit you in the same day.
What a treatment costs depends on the findings. Before any larger piece of work you receive a written estimate, which you can review at your leisure — with your insurer as well.
