Jameda seal and widget

For your information on how patients evaluate our services, we have integrated seals and widgets from jameda GmbH, St. Cajetan Straße 41, 81669 Munich, Germany, on our website. A widget is a small window that displays variable information. Our seal also works in a similar way, i.e. it does not always look the same, but the display changes regularly.

Although the corresponding content is displayed on our website, it is retrieved from the jameda servers at that moment. This is the only way to always show the current content, especially the current rating. To do this, a data connection must be established from this internet page to jameda and jameda receives certain technical data (date and time of the visit; the page from which the query is made; internet protocol address (IP address) used, browser type and version, device type, operating system and similar technical information), which is necessary for the content to be delivered. However, this data is only used to provide the content and is not stored or used in any other way.

With the integration, we pursue the purpose and the legitimate interest of presenting current and correct content on our homepage and to facilitate the appointment of appointments. The legal basis is Art 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO. We do not store the above-mentioned data due to this integration. Further information on data processing by jameda can be found in the data protection declaration on the website https://www.jameda.de/jameda/datenschutz.php.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. If you do so, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purpose of direct marketing.

The lawfulness of the data processed up to the point of opposition is not affected by the opposition.

Right of withdrawal

If you have given your consent to receive electronic advertising, you can revoke your consent by clicking on the unsubscribe link. In this case, processing will be discontinued unless another legal basis exists.

The legality of the data processed until the revocation is not affected by the revocation.

You also have the right of access, rectification, cancellation and limitation of the processing of personal data.

If the legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent or a contract concluded with you, you also have the right to data transferability.
